100% with 20 days to go!

What does that mean?

Well, it means that we've hit our bottom line "now we can afford to get this made" number! Once the campaign comes to a close in 20 days all of the pledges will be charged by Kickstarter and there will be a 14 day wait period before they send the funds collected to our account. 

Once the funds have cleared we'll be able to pay our editor, layout specialist and artist for any final tweaks and double checks that need to be done so that we can get the PDF ready for our review within 2-3 weeks. 

Once we're done checking the book over and approving everything we'll be sending all of our orders off to our printer Print Ninja who will then begin the process of rolling our books down their print line, usually an 8 week process to print and package for shipping. 

When Print Ninja is done they'll load up all of our new freshly printed Decks of Magical Mystery and our totally brand new Tomes of Magical Mystery and ship them off to our new distributor NORD GAMES! Once our books and cards are in their hands we've been assured that the packages will quickly begin sifting out into the world and heading in our direction from a U.S.A. based location. 

 Nord games is our new warehousing company based here in the United States that's going to hold our printed copies of goods, advertise them to large buying houses who distribute games of this type and handle all shipping to customers the world over through their online store :) We're excited about the opportunities that are opening up for us thanks to all your support! You might even walk in and see some of our cards/book/games on a shelf one day soon!

International Backers

If you're an international backer there is a little additional time that goes into the processing of the project as we send all of your goods to Spiral Galaxy Games in the UK for processing and shipping from their location which allows us to cover a lot of the fee's that EU backers generally end up having to pay for buying things from outside their borders, a little bonus we like to extend to our friends across the pond who backed us to begin with :)

What's next? 

Well, we've got STRETCH GOALS of course!

If we stretch our current goal to double it's current amount and hit $20,000 we'll be including a few extra pages to every book that will give you some new custom monsters, complete with their own art/mechanics/story that you can use to thwart your players by manipulating their most powerful equipment and either dimming it's effectiveness or completely destroying the magic items that PC's hold so dear!

Here we are, three days in and 75% down!

It looks like at this rate we are going to be fortunate enough to be funded before our video with Nerdarchy goes live AND before we get a big announcement from NORD Games!

All of this is excellent news because not only are we almost guaranteed to get funded in the next few days but we have very high chances of hitting a couple stretch goals before the project is all said and done!

Incredible start! We're well on our way to meeting our goal!

We're 48% funded and only 24 hours in! 

That's a new record for a project this size for us, over $4800 in the first day where our last record was $3400 so it's something to celebrate about! We are confident that we'll be fully funded within the next few days and be on our way to opening up some stretch goals, all more expansions to the book that everyone will receive as we increase the page count.

If this is the first time you've found us...

then WELCOME TO THE CAMPAIGN! This is our fifth and final project for our Decks of Magical Mystery, a collection of hundreds of awesome custom magic items that we've been able to bring to life thanks to the help of thousands of backers here on Kickstarter!

Although the idea came out of a need at our own tables involving the cards for players to more easily track their important equipment we found that it's also important to have a more traditional way to sort and track such a huge number of items, thus we have the Tome! We think you'll agree with thousands of other backers that a little bit of gorgeous art and a tiny bit of story helps to bring your game to life ;)

We need your help sharing our ideas!

The only way that we can make the things that we make is with your help. It's easy for us to create cool ideas but the ability to coordinate our artists, editors, layout managers, community outreach volunteers, play testers, printers and so many others is only available to us with your financial backing and your enthusiasm for both our projects and the idea of gaming itself. Every little bit of advertisement helps but the thing that honestly carries us forward is the word of mouth we receive from our backers.

You're all so good at getting people as excited for our campaign as we are and by reaching out to your friends and family or local gaming store and sharing information about us you're able to do more than any amount of paid advertising ever could for us. We can make a neat looking picture and a cool story but it's the smile on your face that our story and art inspire that truly makes the difference. When you're talking about how awesome our axes look with the flames, how crazy that suit of armor is with the wings, how powerful and perfect that bow is with its phasing arrows... it's truly humbling.
